Putnam County Renovation
Eastern Oaks Consulting was tasked with transforming this 1980s contemporary into a NYC getaway. Among the issues that had to be handled was a leaky roof, extensive water damage as well as several aesthetic features. Eastern Oaks consulted the Owner from the design process through the renovation. Tasks handled include a complete exterior renovation with new windows, changing the overall exterior appearance as well a brand new custom kitchen. The project is still underway.
 


Ossining Attic Transformation
Once we walked into this cold and cluttered attic we saw immediate potential. The Owner had wanted a room to hang out in and watch the game and he certainly got that and much more. The room was completely transformed and looks like a completely different space. Among the contractors that were used were framers, plumbers, electricians, drywall installers and carpet suppliers. All of these subs were priced out to enable the Owner to get the best deal possible. Needless to say he was happy with the result.

After selling this apartment the Owner, Eastern Oaks was tasked with updating the kitchen. A complete renovation ensued including opening the kitchen up to the living room and creating a bar area. This custom cabinet was designed, built, delivered and installed in less than a week. Taking into account the Client's needs this cabinet was built to exact specifications. The cost was much less than purchasing a similar custom built cabinet and the quality is fantastic!
 


Dutchess Road Construction
As part of a residential subdivision Eastern Oaks Development was required to construct a 1,450 linear foot road. An old logging trail was in no time transformed into a road suitable for public traffic. A large box culvert installation, stream diversion, drainage installation as well as the blasting and removal of 8,000 CY of rock was included as part of this project.
 

Custom Shelving Unit
Eastern Oaks Consulting was tasked with designing, building and installing a storage solution for an office in Pleasantville. What was developed is the wood unit pictured here which is over 8 feet in length. It was built off site and then installed at the location to minimize disturbance to the business operation.
 


Ossining Basement Drainage
The Owner of this home constantly had water in his basement. After investigating and pricing out several types of systems with different vendors Eastern Oaks Consulting coordinated the installation of this basement system. Along with the drainage installation were upgrades to the electrical and plumbing as well as the installation a pump with a battery backup.
 

Pleasantville Mixed Use
Eastern Oaks manages these two mixed use buildings for the Owner. Included are 2 retail stores, 1 three bedroom apartment and 4 one bedroom apartments. Services provided include tenant management, rent collection, bill payment, repair coordination and weekly site visits. Through the oversight of Eastern Oaks the rent roll has increased significantly and the costs have been drastically reduced, thus resulting in a more profitable investment.
 

Pleasantville Office Building
Eastern Oaks manages this 4,000 SF office building in Pleasantville. Services include bill payment, rent collection, repair coordination as well as selective upgrades. Many systems which have both increased security and minimized costs have been undertaken at the suggestion of Eastern Oaks.
